As usual, I have gotten bored of my ab workout routine, and I have found a new one. When it comes to yoga, I am a bit on and off. Sometimes I get really into it, and sometimes I just don't. I have recently found this new yoga ab routine that I thought I would share with you guys. It is a great ab workout, but it is also quite relaxing, so you so you do it right before bed if you would like. I also love to workout along with someone because it is very motivating.
