Challenges have always bean really fun for me. They are a great way to know when to increase your reps each day. Here is a great 30 day abs workout for all of you to start. By the end of the 30 days you won't believe that you could do 125 sit-ups, 200 crunches, 65 leg raises, and a 120 second plank!
