I am a big fan of crossfit. It's a great way to work a bunch of different muscles at the same time. When I workout, I like to keep it simple; meaning repetitive moves. This way, I can do anytime and anywhere. My favorite are the routines are the "AMRAP" (As Many Reps As Possible) routines. I find they are very motivation. Bellow is a favorite of mine, along with a simple 7 rounds routine. 
This first one is the AMRAP routine. 
...and here is the 7 rounds routine. Just do 7 reps of each move 7 times and you will feel the burn.
