It's Monday and you know what that means. Time for another weekly workout! This week will be a week of sweaty exercises. It's time to work on that cardio! Cardio not only helps your lungs and heart, but you can find many cardio exercises that can work all of the parts of your body. Since this is a more rigorous routine, I recommend only doing this a few times this week. It only takes twelve minutes. Every other day would be best. If it's not to difficult for you, then do it every day or repeat it four times instead of three. Slip in a few ab workouts throughout the week to so that you aren't neglecting them. Let's get to this week's cardio routine.
