Weekly Workout: Dancer's Legs Pilates Routine

This week's workout routine is in the form of a video. For all of you Pilate lovers, this is a routine to work your legs. We all know that dancers always have amazing legs, and now you can get them too. Also, I find working out with videos is like having your own personal trainer to motivate you through the process.
