Weekly Workout: Flexability Yoga Routine


This week I have another yoga routine for you all. This routine is another video and it's just a quick five minute yoga routine. I believe flexibility is important for all athletes and pretty much everyone. It is beneficial for the entire body, so I decided to share with you one of my favorite routines. Enjoy!
