Post Thanksgiving Workout

 

Raise your hand if you ate too much this Thanksgiving. *Everyone raises their hands.* Yeah, me too. I thought it would be appropriate to give you guys a good cardio workout to work off that Thanksgiving feast. This is one of my favorite cardio routines for when I'm in a time crunch.
