Refreshing Summer Starbucks Drinks Under 200 Calories

Like every other teenage American girl, I am a Starbucks lover at heart. I love to just sit myself down in one of their comfy chairs to work on my blog, while sipping a delicious drink. Drinks at Starbucks, though, aren't the healthiest drinks in the world. Though they may taste absolutely delicious, the calorie count can really get up there. These are a few of their drinks that not only taste delicious, but they are also no more than 200 calories, and they are all super refreshing for the summer!

Coffee Frappuccino Blended Beverage

This one is a lovely blend of coffee, milk, and ice and one of my colt favorites. It's got a lot of sugar so stick to the tall if you pick this one! It is also at the high end of the scale at 180 calories, 2.5g of fat., and 36g of sugar.

Teavana Shaken Iced Passion Tango Tea

At the lower end of the calorie spectrum is this yummy tea. Though I'm not a tea drinker, I have heard Starbucks tea is very good. This one has hibiscus and natural tropical flavors. It's also slightly sweetened and then shaken with ice. This drink has only 60 calories, 0g of fat, and 15g of sugar.

Iced Skinny Latte

If you are a latte kind of girl, this drink is the way to go. This one is your beloved espresso with nonfat milk and sugar-free flavored syrup on ice. It only has 60 calories, 0g of fat, and 8g of sugar.

Iced Coffee (with classic syrup)

This last one might be basic, but it's less than 100 calories! For all of you coffee lovers, this is your everyday coffee served chilled and slightly sweetened on ice. This drink only has 60 calories, 0g of fat, and 15g of sugar.

I hope this helped you sort out the healthy drinks and the not so healthy drinks at Starbucks. Next time you stop by for your weekly craving, pick up on of these drinks. You won't be paying as much, health wise, as you would for their other drinks.

...Be something worth writing about...
