Water Detox Recipes


I have bean really into detoxing drinks for the past few days. These are super simple to make. Just add a few ingredients to your water, and you are good to go. Try a detoxing drinking once a day for nice refresher.


Apple Cinnamon Water

Place a couple thin slices of apples into a glass of water. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon too. This drink is great for improving metabolism, and it tastes super yummy.

Strawberry Kiwi Water

Add three strawberries, sliced, and one slice kiwi to a glass of water. Stir gently and enjoy. This drink improves cardiovascular health, blood sugar regulation and digestion. It also improves immune system protection.

Lemon, Lime, and Orange Water

Slice a few pieces of lemon, lime, and orange, and add them to water. This mixture helps with digestion, immune defense, and heart burn. The fruits are also a great source of vitamin C.  

These drinks are not only detoxifying, but they also are a great source of water. We all need about eight cups of water a day this is a sweet way of doing so, with the added fruits.
