Weekly Workout: One Song Workout

Sometimes, we just don't have the motivation to workout. We're tired and just bored of doing the same thing every day. This workout routine is vary different from any other workout you have done. You do a great workout as you listen to a great song. Repeat this a couple times for the best effect. It makes it so much more fun when you are working out to a song, so if you are bored with your everyday routine, give this one a shot.
