Weekly Workout: Balance for your Butt and Thighs
If you ever get bored with your workout routines, here is a new interesting one. It all concerns the butt and thighs, but you do yoga poses! Not only do you workout your body, you also work on your balance. Try to hold each pose from thirty seconds to a minute. I recommend doing this routine a couple times this week.
