Sometimes, it's just too cold to go running outside sometimes. It's just too much effort to pile on several layers and then go outside for a run. With the snow and ice, I just don't want to take chance of falling on my face. Then, this time of year, I stick to going to the gym or doing workouts inside. Here is a daily workout that requires no equipment, and that you can easily do at your house over your Christmas break.
