Weekly Workout: Lose Your Love Handles

Now ladies, we all know that love handles are the part of the body that seems also impossible to get rid of. They are all the excess fat on the sides of your abs. I have become very determined about shrinking mine, so I thought I would share a quick ab routine for you all to do to help with your love handles. Even though it's February (aka. the month of love), I'm just ready to get rid of mine. Here is the routine.
